How long does a typical event last?

This depends on the amount of people, as well as type of package that is provided. A typical event lasts at least 4 hours.


Do you offer a host space or have host space options?

If you are in need of a host space for the evening, we currently collaborate with various private venues. One of our team members will help secure the perfect fit for your event. The cost of the space rental various based on location, guest count and availability. Can I exchange my reservation for a different night?

Host may exchange reservation at anytime before deposit window, though availability of chef or chef network may or may not align with new date. We will do everything possible to accommodate any scheduling changes.

Can I get a refund once purchased?

A full refund will be distributed if host declines event before deposit window(1 week before event).


Do you accommodate allergies or dislikes?

EPC values dietary restrictions with the utmost care and attention to detail. This is one of the first questions that you or your party will be asked and the most important. Safety is of the utmost importance regarding our events.


What if someone in my party has to cancel or does not show up?

While we do understand that circumstances happen, our policy is for the contract stated for day of event to be final. Our chefs need an accurate number as soon as possible to prepare and provide service/cuisine for actual day of event. A full 48hr notice would be necessary to make any changes day of for events with deposits made.

For events that have yet to finalize deposit this is necessary to give as accurate a quote as possible, and to allow chefs appropriate time to cook/shop/prepare your meals.


Are you able to provide Wine Pairings?

We will do everything possible to take the hassle out of your hands.

Our chefs are available and have knowledge pertaining to all facets of the gastronomic. We would be more than happy to help assist regarding wine pairings. A $150.00 charge would be added to existing package.


Can I give any additional gratuity to the staff and/or Chefs?

Yes, extra gratuity is never mandatory or expected but always appreciated.
